Dec. 17th: Christmas Carols and Presence

One of the best parts of having my parents in town is showing them a day (or few) in the life of their daughter.  What that usually means is they end up spending some time going to different shows.  This weekend the total came to 3 shows, 2 of which were PT shows that took place on Dec. 17th.

After a DELICIOUS meal at the Omelettery, we did a wee bit of shopping in the South Granville area right before starting the weekend of shows.  They went to see the matinee of A Christmas Carol first, then right after the matinee we made our way into Abbotsford for the Christmas Presence event that I've been wanting them to see for years.

It was a very VERY busy day - but we got everything done that we needed to and Mom and Dad enjoyed both of the shows.  But all knew what was coming up the next day ... so no matter how good Saturday was, we were still really looking forward to a Sunday spent on the mountain.
